Sizing Information for Vanea & Z International-These run very large. They work best for people with a substantial mid-section with a pear shaped body. If you are proportionately curvy these may not be the right fit for you.
One Size: generally fits 95 to 160 lbs. for people 4'10" to 5'9"
S/M: generally fits 100 to 130 lbs. for people 5'0" to 5'4"
M/L: generally fits 130 to 160 lbs. for people 5'4" to 5'8"
1x/2x: generally fits 195 to 220 lbs. for people 4'11" to 5'5"
3x/4x: generally fits 220 to 300 lbs. for people 5'4" to 6'0"

I have on occasion washed and dried in a washer / dryer without horrible results, but that's because I'm lazy and was willing to assume the risk and liability of ignoring the proper care instructions, so do the same at your own risk.
