These semi - opaque trouser socks printed in signature retro couture by Celeste Stein are 100% designed and made in the US. They're thin and light weight, but not quite stockings material, more like a trouser sock material with clear detail and nearly opaque quality. The top has a comfortable band to help keep them in place, just under the knees.
